This limited warranty applies to physical goods purchased (IrisVision unit) from IrisVision.
This limited warranty covers any defects in material or software under normal use during the 1-year warranty period.
During the 1-year warranty period, IrisVision will repair or replace, at no charge, products that have been proved defective due to material flaws or improper workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

IrisVision Customer Service hours of operation are Monday – Friday 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM, PST, Saturdays 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM, PST.
The warranty period for the IrisVision unit is 1 year (365 days) from date of purchase. A replacement unit or part adopts the remaining warranty of the original unit.
Theft, water damage, accidental physical damage, and other conditions and functions not resulting in defective material or workmanship are not covered by this limited warranty.
