What is the coaching process?

The IrisVision Coaching process is a comprehensive customized training session that typically happens over the phone with a Vision Coach. Vision Coaches are also users of the device. Coachings session cover how to use accessories, how to operate the device, and how to customize each mode to fit your individiaul needs and eye condition.

How can I get help after my coaching sessions are over?

You can always reach out to our Customer Suport Team with any questions or concerns regarding basic usage of your device and possible technical inquries.

How do I set up my training?

Your Vision Coach will give you a call after your initial purchase to set up your session. You can also reach out to our Support Team, and they can help you scheduled a session.

How long is each coaching session?

The duration of each session varies depending on the clients comfort level. In general, it can take anywhere from 50–60 minutes per session.

How many coaching sessions will I receive?

You can revieve 1–3 coaching sessions for your device.

Do you offer sessions for all the devices?

Coaching is available for all IrisVision products.

What languages are coaching sessions offered in?

Coaching sessions can be done in English or Spanish.

Can coaching sessions be done in person?

Typically, coaching sessions are done over the phone or video chat.
