The Marketing Manager is responsible for crafting and executing a successful marketing strategy for IrisVision. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a rapidly growing company. Digital Acquisition: Your primary role will be to direct and manage all of IrisVision’s inbound and outbound online marketing channels, including the website experience, landing page conversion, digital acquisition and cross-channel support. You will develop, scope and implement digital initiatives to drive conversion rate optimization and personalization across channels. You will use data to drive campaign ideation, decision-making and end-to-end digital customer journeys using segmentation, audience selection and targeting.
Content Strategy and Sales Enablement: You will also create and execute a content marketing strategy that drives online customer engagement and lead generation. Utilizing your expertise in communications, product marketing and digital
disciplines, you will develop engaging content campaigns to drive customers through our sales process. You will work hand in hand with the sales and product teams on the development of enablement tools including collateral, sales messaging and social media Campaigns.
Brand Management and Corporate Communications: You will be responsible for reputation and brand management. You will serve as a champion for the IrisVision brand and make sure that all marketing initiatives we run are “on message.” You will also lead IrisVision’s corporate communications efforts, driving communications to key audience segments, such as partners, prospective customers, influencers and media.
Partner Marketing: You will work closely with IrisVision’s main distribution partners to help them develop and execute effective, efficient marketing campaigns. You will drive to maximize their support for IrisVision while skillfully managing essential relationships with our partners’ marketing leads.
- Business degree or equivalent work experience. MBA Preferred.
- 6+ years of marketing experience.
- 4+ years of sales enablement experience – marketing for high performance sales teams.
- 3+ years of experience in improving business results through effective digital marketing.
- Experience SEO, SEM and content marketing
- Understanding of consumer and brand research.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
