Describe your background.
I am partially sighted and was diagnosed with Stargardt Disease at the age of 12. My husband and I have two awesome girls and live in sunny Arizona.
Describe your most memorable moment when using IrisVision.
It was definitely when I tried IrisVision for the first time. I saw my daughter’s cheeks move up as her mouth formed a smile.
What is the best part of being a Customer Experience Coach?
I know that I am contributing to a life-altering experience for someone who has not been able to see in a long time, or ever.

Describe your background.
After being an Electrical Foreman for over 15 years, I had a sudden loss of sight and was diagnosed with cone dystrophy about five years ago. I am a father of three living in Arizona. Fun fact, I am a barbeque pitmaster and was a certified Captain’s Chair Judge for Kansas City Barbeque Society.
Describe your most memorable moment when using IrisVision.
My first time using IrisVision, I was able to see my wife and kids' faces again which took my breath away! It made such a huge difference in my life that I became an advocate for IrisVision.
What is the best part of being a Customer Experience Coach?
I am most excited to be able to help others to see the world through a whole new lens, literally.

Describe your background.
I grew up in Kansas City, MO and went to school for Economics and Spanish. I love traveling, and my most recent adventure landed me in Miami, Florida. Before working with IrisVision, I spent two years at another tech company that served the blind and low vision population. Fun fact, I have a black belt in taekwondo!
Describe your most memorable moment when using IrisVision.
One of my favorite moments using IrisVision was taking a virtual tour of a Hawaiian volcano with a customer. I don’t need IrisVision to see regularly, but because of its virtual reality feel, it makes everything more immersive.
What is the best part of being a Customer Experience Coach?
Absolutely the best part of my job is working with our customers. I love hearing stories about how IrisVision has enriched their lives - it makes me feel helpful on a daily basis.

My background is in technology and tech startups. I'm passionate about training people to use technologies that empower them. Outside of work, I enjoy yoga, cooking, and spending time with my two dogs.
Describe your most memorable moment when using IrisVision.
My WOW moment came when I learned how to zoom in and see the tiniest flowers on my plants. I'm a houseplant nut, and I simply wasn't prepared. The IrisVision allows me to see a level of detail I've never seen before in my life.
What is the best part of being an IrisVision coach?
I love the moment when someone looks around the room and says, "Oh, my GOD!" It's a privilege to be a part of those unforgettable experiences.

Describe your background.
I have been legally blind all my life. I was diagnosed with Stargardt Disease at age 9. I worked for over 38 years as an Information Technology Professional. My sister, Tricia, and I are Customer Experience Specialists as well as users of IrisVision.
Describe your most memorable moment when using IrisVision.
My most memorable moment was seeing the view of a Western Low Land Gorilla at the National Zoo in Washington D.C.
What is the best part of being a Customer Experience Specialist?
The best part is being able to be a part of that WOW moment when a person has seen the faces of their loved ones for the first time, and hearing the excitement in the loved one’s voices when that happens.
Describe your background.
I have been married for over 40 years now and live in Dallas, Texas. I was diagnosed with Stargardt Disease (SD) when I was about 9 years old.
Describe your most memorable moment when using IrisVision.
My most memorable moment was seeing my two cousins. I have never been able to see anybody’s faces from a distance until I got my IrisVision!
What is the best part of being a Customer Experience Specialist?
I get to know exactly what your clients are going through. I love the moment when one of my clients looks at a family member or friend for the very first time.
