Senior Marketing Manager
The Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for crafting and executing a successful marketing strategy for IrisVision products. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a rapidly growing company. The successful candidate for this role will have a proven track record in driving business performance through website conversion / eCommerce best-practices, sales enablement, brand management, and social media marketing.

Digital Acquisition: In this role, your primary role will be to direct and manage all of marketing’s inbound and outbound online channels of IrisVision including the website experience, landing page conversion, digital acquisition and cross-channel support. You will develop, scope and implement digital initiatives to drive conversion rate optimization and personalization across channels. You will use data to drive campaign ideation, decision-making and end-to-end digital customer journeys using segmentation, audience selection and targeting rules.
Content Strategy and Sales Enablement: Your primary role will also include creating and executing a content marketing strategy that drives online customer engagement and lead generation. Utilizing your expertise in communications, product marketing and digital disciplines, you will develop highly engaging content campaigns to drive customers through our sales journey. You will work hand in hand with the sales and product teams on the development of enablement tools including collateral, sales messaging and social media campaigns.
Brand Management: You will also be responsible for reputation and brand management. This includes developing and implementing brand strategies and initiatives to increase penetration in key markets and segments through targeting and cohesive communications. You will collaborate with product, sales and leadership to ensure the campaigns remain relevant to consumers and that all initiatives support the brand direction and business objectives.
- Business degree or equivalent work experience. MBA Preferred.
- 6+ years of marketing experience.
- 4+ years of sales enablement experience – marketing for high performance sales teams.
- 3+ years of experience in improving business results through effective digital marketing.
- Experience SEO, SEM and content marketing
- Understanding of consumer and brand research.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
