Kip brings more than twenty years of experience in executive sales management and leadership for an array of medtech companies. Kip was the founding Vice President of U.S. Sales for iCardio Corporation commercializing the advanced cardiovascular diagnostics company from inception. He has successfully led and built organizations, sales platforms, KOL partnerships and Go to Market strategies executing on sustainable new technologies for Cardiovascular Systems Inc., Vascular Solutions Inc.,(now part of Teleflex)Cordis Corporation (Johnson & Johnson, now part of Cardinal Health) and as Western Area Vice President for Abbott. Kip also founded and was a managing partner at Paradigm LCCG focused on strategic innovation for emerging to mid-cap organizations. In his new role with IrisVision, Theno is responsible for expanding the company’s global footprint, establishing and strengthening strategic partnerships and executing hyper-growth through existing and innovative sales channels.
