How do I track my order or return status?

When your device ships, you receive a confirmation email with a FedEx tracking number. You can use that number to track your shipment online via the FedEx website.

 

For return statuses, or questions related tracking your order, you can also contact Customer Support and a representative can assist. Please contact Customer Support by phone toll-free at +1-855-207-6665 during business hours.

What are the shipping rates and delivery estimates for domestic shipments?

FedEx Express: 3 business days, Free

FedEx Overnight: 1 business day, $150

Does IrisVision ship internationally?

Yes, we ship outside the U.S. for a flat shipping fee of $135. Estimated delivery time for international shipments is 7–10 days. For the full list of countries we ship to, please contact IrisVision.

How can I track my shipment?

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

What is your 30-day evaluation policy?

The 30-day evaluation period begins at the first coaching session or two weeks after shipping, whichever comes first.

 

If IrisVision isn’t right for you, contact us by phone or email for a return authorization number to start and track the return process. All returns are subject to a restocking fee of $199 within the US and $299 from Canada.

Will IrisVision accept returns without working with Vision Coaches?

No, returns will not be accepted without first working with our Vision Coaches.
