What is your 30-day evaluation policy?

The 30-day evaluation period begins on the day your IrisVision device is delivered to you and lasts for 30 days.

 

If you find that IrisVision isn’t the right fit, please contact us by phone or email to request a return authorization number and initiate the return process. All returns are subject to a restocking fee of $299 within the US and $399 from Canada.

Within the US and Canada, you are welcome to return the IrisVision device within the trial period. As long as the device is in full work order with no cosmetic damage, you will receive a full refund minus the restocking fee.
