The 30-day evaluation period begins at the first coaching session or two weeks after shipping, whichever comes first.

 

If IrisVision isn’t right for you, contact us by phone or email for a return authorization number to start and track the return process. All returns are subject to a restocking fee of $199 within the US and $299 from Canada.

What if IrisVision is not for me?

Within the US and Canada, you are welcome to return the IrisVision device within the trial period. As long as the device is in full work order with no cosmetic damage, you will receive a full refund minus the restocking fee.

When does my trial period end?

Your trial period ends six weeks after the device ships or 30 days from your first coaching session, whatever comes first. To find out the exact end date, call customer support and a rep will help you out. Please note that the trial is only available for customers in the USA and Canada.

What does the IrisVision Limited Warranty cover?

The IrisVision Limited Warranty covers any defects in material under normal use during the one-year warranty period. This includes repair or replacement of products that are proved defective due to material flaws or improper workmanship.

How long is the warranty period for IrisVision units?

The warranty period for the IrisVision unit is one year (365 days) from the date of purchase.
