To navigate to different modes in the headset, either use Button X or the trigger button on your remote. Using Button X, you can navigate to each mode one by one. If you prefer to use voice commands instead, pressing the trigger button will activate voice commands, and you can say the name of the mode you’d like to navigate to.

How do I use the voice commands?

To use voice commands, activate them with the trigger button on the remote. A chime will sound, and a banner will display to indicate that the device is listening for your response. During this time, you can speak a command aloud.

How do I connect/pair the remote with the device?

To use the remote, power it on by pressing and holding the Power Button. When powered on, the remote will display a blue light. The remote will automatically pair to the device on its own, and when successfully connected, the device will say “remote controlled connected.”

If the remote remains idle, it will power itself off to conserve battery. To reconnect, power the remote back on.

How do I charge the device?

To charge the device, connect the charging cable to the USB-C port at the bottom of the phone. Connect the other end of the charging cable to a wall plug and an outlet. You may charge your LIVE 2.0 while it is in use.

How do I place the phone inside the headset?

Place the phone into the headset by centering it against the lenses. Ensure the phone camera aligns with the opening on the outside cover. Lock the unit by pushing the outside cover against the back of the phone.

How do I adjust the focus on the headset?

Begin with the phone inside of the headset and navigate to the Welcome mode. The Welcome mode is used to help focus your device. Each lens on the headset has an individual focus knob; use the knobs to adjust each eye until the image is as clear as possible. If you are seeing a double image, adjust the IPD at the top center of the headset.

How do I turn the device on or off?

To turn on the device, you must press and hold the power button on the side of the phone. To power off the device while it is in the headset, you can either: navigate to the Settings mode and select the “shutdown” option or press the remote trigger button and say “shutdown.”

Or, you can put the device to sleep by navigate to the Settings mode and select the “sleep” option or activate a voice command and say “sleep.” To wake your device back up from sleep, you can shake the phone.

How do I connect the device to Wi-Fi?

To set up Wi-Fi, navigate to the home screen on the phone. Swipe down from the top of the screen, and long-press on the “internet” option at the top of the screen. A list of available networks will appear; select your network and enter your password.

The LIVE 2.0 does not need Wi-Fi to work, however it does make the experience better and is highly recommended. For example, you will need Wi-Fi connection to use YouTube, receive software updates, and if customer support needs to access your device.
