Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We ship Mondays through Thursdays. Orders are typically processed in 2–4 business days.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Overnight charges are only for US locations. Weather, natural disasters and other uncontrollable events can interrupt FedEx transportation flow. There may be delays in peak holiday seasons.
IrisVision ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO / FPO / DPO addresses. Please note, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes at this moment.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
IrisVision is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
We ship to many international locations for a flat shipping fee of $135.00. Please contact us to inquire about a particular country you’d like us to ship to.
Estimated delivery time for international shipments are 7–10 days.
Please note that on rare occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of some packages at their discretion.

IrisVision and our coaches are dedicated to supporting you every step of the way to achieve the best possible results tailored to your unique needs. Customers in North America are offered a 30-day evaluation period, which begins the day the device is delivered. After this 30-day trial period, devices are no longer eligible for return or refund.
If IrisVision isn’t right for you, please contact us by phone or email for a return authorization number to start and track the return process. Returns will not be accepted without participating in at least one mandatory coaching session. Returns are subject to a restocking fee of $299 within the US and $399 from Canada. A restocking fee of $49 applies when Vision Cast is purchased separately. No returns will be accepted without working with our vision coaches.
A non-defective product may be returned to IrisVision Global within thirty (30) days of the delivery date for a refund of the original purchase price minus the restocking fee with the following amendments:
